1) How much do I have to pay to get vehicle tracking system?
There is no upfront fee or device cost, you just need to pay monthly rental of INR 399 and a one time non-refundable installation fee of INR 599.
2) How will the customer pay?
Customer can pay monthly service charges via Electronic Clearance Service (ECS), using which the amount can be debited from customer’s bank account automatically every month.
3) How can I contact customer support?
Customer Support can be reached via email firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 9999595560. We provide 24*7 customer support and we also offer onsite support but that is only limited to Gurgaon only, 9AM to 6PM, 7 days a week except Indian public holidays.
4) Do I get any warranty for the device?
We cover the device till the time you keep paying monthly rent of our services. It’s a lease plan you need to return back the device on termination of our services.
5) Will it harm my car?
No harm to your vehicle. We don’t cut any wires for device installation, we only used sockets. For more details please refer Terms & Conditions.
6) Do I need to pay sim cost for telecom rental?
There is no additional rental or charges for SIM or other services. Just need to pay INR 399 per month.
7) How can I track my vehicle?
You can track vehicle location using our Android/iOS app and Web. We will share you user id & password to access the portal.
8) Can I track my vehicle anywhere in India?
Yes, this service is applicable for India only.
9) What if I’m not able to pay 399 rental?
Your services will stop immediately and you need to return the device to the company.
10) If I want to stop my service after few days then will I get refund on pro data basis?
No, INR 399 is monthly fixed rental and there is no provision of refund of pro data usage.
